Day 233

Today is Nicole's ultra sound. Because of Nicole's liver enzymes high and out of whack her doctor wants to do a liver ultra sound. Maybe it will just show more inflammation.

We are back from the ultra sound.
Liver: Inflamed.
Gallbladder: Full of sludge

Full of sludge? What does that mean? It means we will be having a HIDA scan done tomorrow to see how it is functioning.

We knew with the extensive burns Nicole received that in time we could be facing multiple organ difficulties. I hope this is not the beginning. I thought is would come years down the road.
